Schedule of Upcoming Informational Conference Calls

Mentoring Children of Prisoners: Caregiver’s Choice presents an opportunity for mentoring programs to access federal funding to serve more children. However, mentoring programs must be able to demonstrate their adherence to program eligibility guidelines in order to qualify to join Caregiver’s Choice, and must be prepared to meet specific standards for starting and sustaining mentoring matches over twelve months.

MENTOR/National Mentoring Partnership will be holding bi-monthly informational phone calls to help mentoring programs better understand the specifics of Caregiver’s Choice. If your program is thinking about applying to join Caregiver’s Choice, but needs more information—then these calls are a great opportunity for you to hear about the program directly from the organization running the program.

Each call will consist of an overview of Caregiver’s Choice and what it means for mentoring programs, followed by an opportunity for mentoring program staff to ask questions and get answers from Caregiver’s Choice staff.

Listed below are the upcoming dates for this informational call. To register for a call, please contact Wanell Johnson with Caregiver’s Choice at wjohnson@mentoring.org or (703) 224-2268 and indicate your preferred dates. We will register you for the conference call, and send you the call-in instructions in advance.
