There are several mentoring program models available for you to implement. We offer three models for you to choose from:

Envisioning The Goals of Your Mentoring Program:
1. How does mentoring fit within the mission of your organization or religious institution?
2. What needs exist within your organization or community and how will your program address those needs?
3. In what ways would the world be different if you had a fully functioning program for five years? Ten Year?
4. Describe the most effective program for your community.
